Our World, France & England

First grade has been learning about Our World. We received letters from Morah Dawn's niece who lives in Efrat, Israel as well as Gavriel a family friend who is a soldier in the army. It was interesting to have an insight about what their lives are like and how they are different then the students.
Morah Mushky, a sub at Mazel is from France, she came to visit our class and taught us some phrases in french. The students were so excited!
Morah Rochel Leah gave a presentation to the class....she took us "packing" through England and France. She was there a few years ago and told over her first hand experience of it. Below are some of her photos. What a fun way to learn!
