More Measuring Fun

In math we are still learning about measuring with non-standard units. The kids had a great time measuring their feet, and then using crayons, markers, erasers, paper clips to tell us how long their foot is. Each child worked with a partner, and for our share they came back to the rug area, and told us "My foot is _______ long."

The kids had a great time doing this activity, and the most important thing is that they had a great hands on experience. :)
