Emy's mom read "Library Mouse" to our class. This story has such a strong message about the love of writing, that I decided the First Grade will also write mini-books. As Emy's mom read the kids were so interested in what would happen next.. I thought why not have them write about something they are interested in, and then share with another class.
Look at the excitement and concentration on our little writers faces ...
